Property developers capped a good year, marked by increased sales that led to robust financial results and a significant number of new projects launched by companies. An average of 60% or so of new flats are built in the capital cities of the Polish voivodships where developers find it easier to attract buyers despite relatively high housing prices.
Housing prices in Poland are quite varied among regions. On a regional basis, the difference between the highest and lowest rates in the capital cities of the Polish voivodships is as much as PLN 3,700 per square metre.
