New residential complex to appear in Jesenice u Prahy

In July 2010 the company Byty Jesenice obtained the urban permit for the construction of a residential complex in the town of Jesenice, close to Prague, which is envisaged to add 140 flats to the market. The project is to be carried out by PSJ.
In September the first 32 flats in four villas in this complex will be offered for sale. The flats in the complex have between one and four bedrooms. The construction of the project’s first phase is planned so start in the spring of next year and is expected to be completed by the end of 2012.
