PV Systems has received permission to build a 10 MW solar park near the village of Sredina, Dnevnik reported. The total value of the investment is BGN 59m (€30.2m). The project is due to be completed in 2013.
The Bulgarian Photovoltaic Association estimates that 10 MW of solar power generators are currently installed in Bulgaria and an additional 20 MW will be in operation by the end of 2010.
