The US company Energiz Renewable plans to invest some $64m in the construction of two solar panels factories in Romania, according to Mediafax Business. The construction of the first factory is in the planning phase, with part of the preliminary works to be funded by the Romanian government, according to the president of Energiz Renewable, Edward T. Whelan, as quoted by Ziarul Financiar. The two factories are expected to produce annually solar panels with a combined output of 80 MW.
