Martinkov project to be delivered in September 2010

The residential project Martinkov in the town of Cadce, Zilina region, is expected to be finalised in the autumn of this year, Trend reported. The complex is envisaged to comprise 72 flats. The investor in this project, Euro Apartment, funded this construction partly from its own pockets, partly from a loan but also with financial help from the French investor JF Hamilton Group. During the construction works, UniCredit Bank has also participated in the financing of the project.
Some 40% of the flats in the development have been sold. Euro Apartment has ownership links with the Zilina-based real estate agency Licitor Group, which handles the sales of flats in Martinkov.
