A new shopping mall is to be constructed by Carrefour on Tsarigradsko Shosse in Sofia. Colliers International has been put in charge of its property management. This will bring the total portfolio of Colliers in Bulgaria to 220,000 m2.
The name of the new shopping mall will be officially presented in late March 2010. In the meantime, it has been confirmed that it will house 185 outlets, including Bulgaria’s largest Carrefour hypermarket. The complex will have a total useable retail area of 66,000 m2, plus 150,000 m2 of office space.
