First stage of Ploiesti West Park to be delivered this month

The first, 30,000 m², building in the Ploiesti West Park warehouse and industrial facility, all of which is rented by Unilever, is due to be completed by the end of March 2010.
The construction of a second building in Ploiesti West Park, which will take up 20,000 m², started in January 2010. The developers of Ploiesti West Park are the Romanian businessman Petrica Usurelu and the Belgian company Alinso, part of the Domo Group. The project is estimated to be worth €750m and will be developed over 6-7 years.
