Kaskady residential project to be launched in the spring

The Kaskady residential project in Bratislava’s Dlhe Diely district is due to be completed in the spring of 2010. According to Otyk, the project’s developer, approximately 40% of the flats in the project have been sold.
The project offers flats with floor areas taking up between 46 m² and 130 m². It consists of 91 flats and it is valued at €12.3m. The developer is also planning to build a 12,000 m² park in the area.
The construction of the project began in 2008 and is due to be completed in 2010. Otyk was established in 2000. The firm built the PB Central residential project in Bratislava. The investor in Kaskady project is Styk Development RK.
