The City West project in Prague’s Stodulky district, which consists of 50,000 m² of office and retail space, opened its doors in mid-January 2010.
Approximately 70% of its office space has already been rented out, according to the project’s developer, FINEP Holding.
By 2014, there are plans to expand the complex to more than 100,000 m². At present the largest tenant in the City West office complex is Siemens.
