Completion of Martinkov project delayed until Q2 2010

The construction of the Martinkov project in the town of Cadca, in northern Slovakia, which was initially due to be completed in Q1 2010, is still ongoing, and the project is now due to be completed in Q2 2010. The undertaking consists of a ten-floor building with 76 flats whose floors take up between 39 m² and 170 m². The pre-sales of flats in this project started in the spring of 2008.
At the moment, approximately 30% of the space in this building has been sold, according to the property agency Licitor. The project is being developed by Euro Apartment.
